Who Can Join?
Membership is open to men and women of voting age.
Why Join?
Because you want to make a difference. As a member of the League, you can stay informed
about issues and government, make your voice heard, sharpen your skills. When you join the
League of Women Voters of Broome and Tioga Counties, you automatically become a member at
the local, state, and national levels. You will receive the local Broome-Tioga Voter (9
issues a year), as well as The National Voter magazine and the State Voter, published
quarterly.
How Can I Join?
Just print out the form below, fill it out and mail with a check payable to LWV Broome
& Tioga Counties to:

How Can I Support the League of Women Voters?
We are an all volunteer organization. You can support our work
through a donation. Contributions to the League of Women Voters of Broome &
Tioga Counties (LWVBTC) are vital to our work but NOT tax deductible, since a
portion goes toward advocating League positions.
Checks payable to the LWVNYS Education Foundation ARE tax deductible
and support our local voter service and eduation projects.
